Delivery: We will always tell you what to expect, rather than supply you with a bunch of broken promises. Most of the items we sell are currently available and ship to you with in 48 hours of us receiving your payment. Given the nature of the Marine Industry, it is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate. If your order will not be shipped within 48 hours of your payment being received we will notify you via email of when your estimated shipping date will be.
FREE Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on most orders over $100.00. Exceptions apply. We will have to charge shipping for all over-sized items including but not limited to boats, mast, booms, etc. If an item does not qualify for free shipping and wee need to collect shipping charges from you, we will contact you by phone and/or email before processing your order to explain these charges. If you are not OK proceeding with you order at that point we will simply cancel your order and issue you a full refund for any monies already paid.
Boats: Your Sunfish will come custom packaged in a double box designed keep the boat safe in transit. Because the Sunfish sailboat is over-sized for most transportation companies we currently quote the delivery of each Sunfish on an individual basis. Please inform us if you would like an exact quote before shipping. Once you place your order we will contact you to give you details about delivery time. Shipping costs WILL exceed the shipping amount shown in your cart and your order confirmation. Because of the over-sized nature of this product customer is fully responsible for any shipping costs related to returns as well as a restocking/packaging fee if the customer chooses not to keep boat.
Expedited Shipping: We currently do not have a way of calculating expedited shipping during the checkout process. If you require expedited shipping please complete your order online and then either email or call us to let us know that you need it expedited. When leaving a voice mail please be sure to mention that your call is regarding expedited shipping so that we we respond to your call before other no urgent calls.
International Orders: We do not currently have a method of calculating shipping cost for international orders during check out. We are how ever happy to accept international orders. Once we receive your international order we will manually calculate the shipping charges and then contact you for payment of these charges. You are responsible for any Duty, VAT, Brokerage Fees or other non-shipping charges incurred in the destination country. International duties and taxes are never included in the invoice for your order. If you refuse delivery of an international order, you will be responsible for any fees associated with your order being returned to us, and could be responsible for the duties and/or taxes even if the order is returned to us.
We are never responsible for the freight cost associated with returning International orders, even in the event the item is unusable due to a manufacturing defect.
